ARRANGE A VISIT

To arrange a visit, you will need to be nominated by your County Sport Partnership. This is to ensure a fair spread of visits across the country as well as allow for tailored use of Champion visits depending on the particular geographical area. From feedback about the scheme, we have found that this is the most successful and flexible approach ensuring maximum impact of the scheme nationally.

All visits for the current period must take place before 30 September 2008.

In order to receive a visit code, you must be nominated by your County Sport Partnership (CSP). To contact your CSP click here. You will need to provide them with information including the date of the event, the aim of the event, why you would like a Sporting Champion and what you would like the Champion to do on the day.

If you have been allocated a visit code please complete here, you will be taken through to the visit centre.

Information you will be asked for will be...

• The event date, timings and location
• A brief summary of the event
• The event format and role of the Champion
• The number of people attending
• Invited guests and media
• Champion requirements including dress code and equipment

Please note there is a time limit of 30-40 minutes for completion of the form. If you are likely to take longer than this, please use the 'save this data' button at the bottom of the form.
